HEVYF is for ops, finance, and sales teams that rebuild the same spreadsheet every morning, week, or month. The promise is the dashboard. Checks, history, chat, alerts, sharing, and database sync come with it.

### How a report is made
1. Drop .xlsx, .xls, or .csv files, up to 50 MB each. Several files at once. Every sheet in a workbook is read. Files can also arrive by email, a shared folder, or the API.
2. HEVYF finds the columns, the report date, and problems: a missing or renamed column, duplicate rows, a wrong date, an empty sheet. The user chooses how files combine: stack rows, join on an ID, or keep them separate.
3. The user describes the dashboard in normal words, or starts from a template.
4. The dashboard is filterable and clickable. Chat answers from the saved rows and shows how the number was worked out.
5. Each date is saved on its own. Nothing is overwritten.

- Ask a question in plain words. Every answer names the files, columns, filters, and calculation, and can open the exact rows.
- Compare any two saved dates.
- Share a link, export PDF or Excel, email it, or embed it.
- Get an email, Slack, or WhatsApp message when a number crosses a line you set, plus a morning email.
- Connect PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, or MongoDB, and send each saved day into a table there.

Owner, Admin, and Editor use a paid seat. Viewer is free and can view, filter, export, and ask questions. Someone with the link can open a shared dashboard without an account.

- Team — $99/month. Ops and finance teams. 5 seats, 10 GB, 3 database connections, automations and alerts. Viewers are free and do not use a seat.
- Business — $249/month. Larger teams. Unlimited seats, 100 GB, unlimited connections, SSO, audit export, dedicated support.
- Yearly billing is the default and is 2 months free. The page shows that as $33, $83, and $208 per month, billed yearly.
- 14 days free on every plan. No card. Cancel anytime.
- If the trial ends with no plan, the workspace stays read-only for 30 days so data can be exported, then it is deleted.

### Trust
- Numbers in chat are calculated from the stored rows. The model plans the question and writes the sentence. It does not invent the figure.
- If a question could mean two things, HEVYF asks before answering.
- Personal columns such as phone numbers are off by default.
- Files and reports are encrypted and kept in the workspace. You can export or delete them.
- Customer data is not used to train models.
- No formulas and no SQL are required. SQL is available for people who want to query a connected database.
