By accessing or using HEVFY ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
HEVFY provides an AI-powered platform for automating Excel and CSV report generation. The Service:
- Analyzes your sample data files and requirements
- Generates Python scripts that automate your report creation
- Executes scripts to transform input files into output reports
- Stores your files, scripts, and execution history
- Provides collaboration features within workspaces
3. User Accounts
3.1 Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
- One person or legal entity may maintain only one account
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach at info@hevyf.com
4. Acceptable Use
4.1 You Agree NOT To:
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Use the Service for illegal activities or to violate any laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
- Use the Service to process sensitive personal data without proper safeguards (e.g., health records, financial account numbers)
- Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission
- Generate excessive load that degrades service performance
- Use the Service to create competing products
4.2 Data You Upload
You are solely responsible for the legality, reliability, integrity, and quality of data you upload. You must have all necessary rights and permissions to upload and process your data through our Service.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Your Content
You retain all rights to your uploaded data and generated reports. We claim no ownership over your content.
5.2 Generated Scripts
Python scripts generated by our AI for your specific requirements are yours to keep, modify, and distribute. However, the underlying AI models and Service platform remain our property.
5.3 Our Platform
The Service, including all software, algorithms, designs, and documentation, is owned byHEVFY and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6. Pricing and Payment
6.1 Free Beta Access
During the beta period, the Service is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans in the future with advance notice.
6.2 Future Paid Plans
- We will provide at least 30 days notice before transitioning to paid plans
- Beta users may receive special pricing or grandfathered benefits
- You may cancel your account at any time to avoid future charges
- Paid subscriptions include a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase if the software does not perform as described. Requests outside this window are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, email hello@hevyf.com with your order details.
7. Service Availability
- We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access
- Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
- We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice
- During beta, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties
8. Termination
8.1 By You
You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
8.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a security risk. We will provide notice when possible.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for data loss, business interruption, or indirect damages
- Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (or $100 if free)
- You are responsible for backing up your important data
- Generated scripts may contain errors - you should test thoroughly before production use
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold HEVFY harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of third-party rights
- Data you upload or process through the Service
11. Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Service will first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in English. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
